Muffins with bruschetta:


10 oz of flour, 2tsp dried yeast, 5 oz bruschetta


5 oz grated parmigiano, 10 oz milk, 1 egg,


5 tbsp olive oil, 2tbsp pine nuts,1/2tsp salt


Preheat your oven at 350F, mix flour with salt, yeast


And ½ of the cheese;


Mix olive oil with bruschetta, pine nuts, milk and egg


and add to the flour with the rest of the cheese.


Put on muffin tin and cook for 30 minutes


 


Ingredients: sun dried tomatoes, sun flower oil, garlic, oregano and salt


Net weight: 200gr (7 oz)
