Mlouhia tagine:


2 lbs of chuck meat cut in pieces


2 crushed garlic gloves


 


Warm up in a sauce pan the already precooked stew, add your pieces of meat, toss well


Cover and cook on a slow heat for one hour or until the meat is cooked. Stir time to time.


To be served hot with bread


 


You can replace the meat by spicy sausages (merguez)
